Gara Cave & Bahariya Oasis desert Safari get off the beaten path in this thrilling safari adventure in Egypt and visit Gara Cave in the heart of the Western Desert and enjoy dune bashing and camping in the White and black desert at Bahariya Oasis with visits to the hidden treasures of the Bahariya Oasis such as the temple of the Alexander the great in the Desert and the valley of the Golden Mummies and some other archaeological sites.
Djarra Caves: called also Gara Cave located in the western desert of Egypt, it was formed by the rain through millions of years 55 million years ago discovered by Gerhard Rolfs on Dec 1873. water dissolved the limestone to shape amazing stalactites and stalagmites it is an icicle-shaped formation that hangs from the ceiling of a cave, Prehistoric people lived in the cave probably during late Neolithic period as evidenced by Artifacts and graffiti art found in the cave the cave is truly magical place to visit in the heart of the western desert in Egypt.

Our guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo at 06:00 AM and then transfer from Cairo or Giza by a modern air-conditioned vehicle to Bahariya 365 Kms on road, about 04 hours driving. Upon arrive at Bahariya visit the Golden Mummies Museum from the Graeco-Roman period. Continue to Tombs of Nobles and Alexander Temples. Then have a trip to the ruin on a hill, "the English House" at sunset and enjoy the panoramic view of the Oasis. Overnight in Bahariya.
After breakfast, we set off on our adventure tour to the Gara cave 170 Km off road, lunch on the way at the foot of sand dunes or where we decide to make it. Dinner and overnight camping.

After breakfast, visit the Gara Cave, a natural hollow formed by rain in the Eocene limestone (55 million years ago). Water dissolved the limestone to form beautiful stalagtites and stalagmites. Prehistoric people lived in the cave probably during late Neolithic period as evidenced by artefacts and rock art found in the cave. Then Transfer to Aqabat about 150 km driving. Then Overnight Camping in the desert.

After breakfast, visit Ain Khadra and the Magic Spring where we have our lunch continue to Santa tree (Magic tree) Then enjoy the White Desert, which is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Shining white limestone covers the surface and makes amazing rock formations in the sand, giving this place its name. Overnight Camping.

After breakfast, transfer to visit Crystal Mountain and Black Mountains then back to Cairo which takes about 5 hours driving.
